Unser Pearle Optik Geschäft im City Center Wieselburg ist eine gut etablierte Franchise- Filiale im Zentrum von Wieselburg.

Wir benötigen zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Teams eine_n engagierte_n Mitarbeiter_in. Die Voraussetzung ist eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Augenoptiker_in.

Wir gehen offen, direkt und ehrlich miteinander um. Wir begleiten sie bei allen Herausforderungen, die ihr neuer Aufgabenbereich mit sich bringt, und helfen ihnen, sich in einer Übergangszeit mit unserem System und allen Aufgaben in der Filiale vertraut zu machen. Wir möchten unser Team gerne besser für die Zukunft ausrichten und entsprechend auch noch erweitern. Wir fertigen unsere Brillen direkt vor Ort und arbeiten auf dem neuesten Stand der Technik.

Der Umgang mit dem Kunden und ein freundliches Auftreten, steht bei uns an oberster Stelle. Ein gepflegtes Auftreten und serviceorientiertes Arbeiten, setzen wir als Dienstleister natürlich voraus. Wir bieten ihnen ein familiäres Umfeld und flache Hierarchien. Wir wünschen uns eine_n Mitarbeiter_in, die sich bei uns auch wohl fühlt und ihre Fähigkeiten im Team einbringt.

Das Aufgabenfeld umfasst alle Tätigkeiten im Optikeralltag:

* Refraktion und Brillenberatung (kann gerne auch noch nachgeschult werden)

* Typ- und Stilberatung

* Verkauf von Brillen, Sonnenbrillen, Kontaktlinsen und Pflegemitteln

* Brillenfertigung mit Essilor-Schleifsystem

* Handwerkliches Geschick in der Werkstatt

* Hilfe bei Waren- und Sortimentsumstellungen bzw. Ordnung in der Filiale halten
