Allgemeines

Sie träumen davon, LKW-Lenker/in zu werden, können sich unter dem Berufsbild aber noch wenig vorstellen? Oder suchen Sie einfach nach einem Job, bei dem Sie viel unterwegs sind?

Dann kommen Sie ins KASTNER Team! Wir suchen ab Februar für unseren Standort in Zwettl Personen welche die Ausbildung als LKW-Lenker absolvieren möchten und währenddessen als Beifahrer (m/w) für unsere LKW-Lenker tätig sind. Dadurch erhalten Sie während Ihrer Ausbildung praxisnahe Einblicke in Ihr zukünftiges Aufgabengebiet.

Ihre Aufgaben

+ In dieser Position bieten wir Ihnen an, dass Sie die Führerscheinausbildung der Klasse C absolvieren und währenddessen als Beifahrer bei uns tätig sind. Kosten, welche während der Ausbildung anfallen, werden von uns getragen.

+ Sie unterstützen als Beifahrer unsere LKW-Lenker im gesamten Auslieferungsprozess (Beladen des LKW, Entladen beim Kunden, Rückführung von Leergut).

+ Mithilfe bei der Fahrzeughandhabung (Bedienung des Bordcomputers, Anlegen von Schneeketten, Fahrzeugpflege)

+ Übernahme von administrativen Tätigkeiten beim Kunden (richtige Handhabung der Lieferpapiere, Erfassung von Reklamationen, telefonische Rückfragen im Büro)

Ihr Profil

+ Sie haben Interesse daran, sich bei KASTNER intern weiterzubilden und die Qualifikation des LKW-Lenkers zu erwerben.

+ Sie haben Freude an einer Tätigkeit, bei der Sie in täglichem Kontakt mit Menschen stehen und viel unterwegs sind.

+ Sie besitzen gute Deutschkenntnisse, um mit den Kunden zu kommunizieren und die Lieferpapiere verstehen zu können.

+ Sie sind körperlich belastbar, um unsere Lenker bei Be- und Entladung unterstützen zu können.

+ Sie zeichnen Verlässlichkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein aus.

Gehaltsinformationen

Ihr Entgelt orientiert sich selbstverständlich einerseits an dem Wissen, das Sie für diese Position bereits mitbringen sowie andererseits an der Verantwortung, die Sie übernehmen werden. Da uns offene Kommunikation sehr wichtig ist, besprechen wir die Entlohnung gerne im persönlichen Gespräch.

Gemäß GIBG veröffentlichen wir ein Mindestentgelt von Euro 2.211,-- brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Zusätzlich erhalten Sie entsprechende Diäten für Ihre Beifahrertätigkeit.
