Du suchst eine Ausbildung mit Sinn und Zukunft, bei dem du aktiv an der Energiewende mitarbeitest? Im Rahmen der "UMWELTSTIFTUNG" bieten wir dir die Chance auf eine verkürzte, praxisnahe Lehrausbildung (maximal 24 Monaten) mit Lehrabschlussprüfung (LAP).

Wer wir sind Wir, das Team von TGA Ing. Paul in Obergrafendorf, sind Spezialisten für moderne Gebäudetechnik und Energiemanagement. Wir bieten unseren Kund:innen das Komplettpaket: Von der Installation bis zur Wartung modernster Wärmepumpen und Kälteanlagen. Unser tägliches Ziel ist es, Anlagen so zu betreuen, dass sie ihre maximale Lebensdauer und Effizienz erreichen - und dafür brauchen wir genau DICH!

Deine Mission - Das lernst du bei uns in der Praxis

* Planen & Verstehen: Du lernst, komplexe Installationspläne richtig zu lesen und selbst zu erstellen.

* Anpacken & Umsetzen: Du installierst und wartest modernste Anlagen zur Versorgung von Gebäuden mit Wasser, Wärme und Frischluft (sowohl im Alt- als auch im Neubau).

* Pflegen & Reparieren: Du bist bei der Wartung, Reparatur und Neuinstallation von Kälte- und Wärmepumpenanlagen hautnah dabei.

* Probleme lösen: Du wirst zum/zur Experten/Expertin, wenn es darum geht, Störungen auf den Grund zu gehen und schnell zu beheben.

* Fixe Übernahme: Dein Ziel ist der Eintritt in ein vollversichertes Dienstverhältnis in unserem Unternehmen direkt nach positivem Lehrabschluss.

* Top Gehalt: Als ausgelernte Fachkraft mit bestandener LAP erwartet dich bei uns ein attraktives Einstiegsgehalt von € 2.880,- (brutto).

Du wirst im Rahmen der Implacementstiftung "UMWELTSTIFTUNG" eine verkürzte Lehre und ein betriebliches Praktikum absolvieren. Für die Dauer der Ausbildung erhältst Du weiterhin Arbeitslosengeld, Notstandshilfe oder die Beihilfe zur Deckung des Lebensunterhaltes ("DLU") (= 33,86 € / Tag) und zusätzlich monatlich einen Ausbildungszuschuss von EUR 250.
