Dichtbij de medewerkers en passagiers ben je een vakspecialist, de gastheer of gastvrouw, de hulpverlener én de handhaver. - Daarnaast ben je als Authority Officer Landside aangewezen als boa binnen Domein I Openbare Ruimte. - Van reiziger tot medewerker: we vinden het erg belangrijk dat iedereen zich op Schiphol veilig, gewaardeerd en welkom voelt. Connecting your world Als Authority Officer Landside treed je op als toezichthouder en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het toezichthouden op naleving en handhaving van de Schipholregels en (luchtvaart)wet- en regelgeving. Samen met bijna 120 collega's vorm je een cruciale schakel in de calamiteitenorganisatie en zorg je dagelijks voor een veilige luchthaven voor medewerkers, bezoekers en reizigers. We vertrouwen op de manier waarop jij lef toont en vertrouwt op jouw eigen kunnen. Jij zet jouw talenten in bij het: - uitvoeren van inspecties en kwaliteitsrondes binnen het landzijdige gebied. Complexe of spoedeisende verstoringen meld en rapporteer jij, waarin je ook een adviserende rol richting Airport Control hebt. - toezicht houden op en handhaven van de Schipholregels en (luchtvaart)wet- en regelgeving, eveneens als BOA, voor iedereen die jouw verantwoordelijke deelgebied betreedt. - assisteren en coördineren bij calamiteiten, BHV-inzetten en verstoorde bedrijfsvoering. Met regelmaat ben je een van de eerste Schipholmedewerkers ter plaatse bij incidenten of ongevallen. Je houdt je hoofd koel en biedt ter plaatse de eerste noodzakelijke hulp. Dit kan medische hulp zijn, waarbij je als BHV'er optreedt of het veiligstellen en afzetten van plaats incident, zodat hulpdiensten makkelijk het gebied kunnen betreden. - We...
