Over De Nieuwe Zaak De Nieuwe Zaak is al meer dan 20 jaar het strategisch verlengstuk van ambitieuze merken. We maken deel uit van United Playgrounds, een collectief van 8 complementaire boutique agencies. Dankzij onze nauwe samenwerking met bijvoorbeeld 100procent als e-mailpartner, combineren we inhoudelijke diepgang met de schaal die grote merken vragen. Voor klanten als Barefoot & More en BlueM bouwen we complete lifecycle journeys, geen losse campagnes. Een welkomstmail die na de eerste stap stil valt, willen we hier niet. Dat werk doen we vanuit Zwolle, op loopafstand van het station. Wat ga je doen? Als E-mail & Automation Consultant bouw je lifecycle journeys van welkom tot reactivatie. Je werkt hands-on in Deployteq, Klaviyo of HubSpot, afhankelijk van de klant. Je zet A/B-testen op subjectlines en verstuurmomenten, en vertaalt data naar concrete flows. Je geeft klanten workshops over strategie en personalisatie. Je werkt daarbij samen met de Data- en Content-discipline. Soms zit het verschil tussen een geopende mail en een ongeopende mail in het tijdstip van versturen, ochtend of avond, het kan een wereld van verschil maken.
