Wil jij meebouwen aan de verdere digitalisering van industriële productieprocessen?

Je combineert automatisatie, data en industriële IT en krijgt daarbij veel ruimte voor initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid. Je werkt mee aan projecten rond SCADA, Historian en datalogging en ondersteunt de integratie met andere bedrijfsapplicaties.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Je ontwikkelt, onderhoudt en optimaliseert digitale modellen en modulaire automatisatieoplossingen volgens de geldende groepsstandaarden.
  • Je realiseert en begeleidt datalogging-, Historian- en SCADA-projecten voor lokale en internationale productiesites.
  • Je werkt met technologieën zoals AVEVA System Platform, AVEVA Historian, AVEVA OMI, Kepware KEPServerEX en Siemens Step 7/TIA Portal.
  • Je analyseert noden en vertaalt deze naar praktische en gestandaardiseerde technische oplossingen.
  • Je staat in voor de installatie, configuratie, updates en dagelijkse ondersteuning van de systemen.
  • Je bewaakt de prestaties en betrouwbaarheid van de oplossingen en werkt continu aan optimalisaties.
  • Je maakt inschattingen van kosten, resources en inspanningen en ondersteunt zo de business bij het nemen van beslissingen.
  • Je werkt samen met externe integratoren en onderhoudt de nodige contacten tijdens projecten.
  • Je adviseert en ondersteunt bij integraties met andere bedrijfsapplicaties, zoals MES.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan standaardisatie en het gebruik van betrouwbare industriestandaarden.
  • Je beschikt over een hogere technische opleiding, bij voorkeur als industrieel ingenieur, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring, certificering en relevante projectervaring.
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van AVEVA System Platform, AVEVA Historian en AVEVA OMI.
  • Je hebt een goede basiskennis van Kepware KEPServerEX en Microsoft SQL.
  • Je hebt ervaring met Siemens PLC's, Step 7, TIA Portal en industriële netwerken.
  • Kennis van EPLAN en LAN-netwerken is een pluspunt.
  • Interesse of ervaring met industriële cybersecurity is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Engels en Frans, kennis van Duits of Italiaans is een extra troef.
  • Je bent analytisch, pragmatisch en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je bent hands-on ingesteld en houdt ervan om technische problemen zelfstandig te analyseren en op te lossen.
  • Je werkt graag samen met verschillende teams en stakeholders en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je projecten.
