Als Automation Engineer werk je mee aan de optimalisatie en automatisatie van industriële productieomgevingen binnen uiteenlopende sectoren. Binnen deze rol ligt de focus op het analyseren, ontwerpen en implementeren van technische automatiseringsoplossingen die bijdragen aan performante en betrouwbare processen.

Je maakt deel uit van uitdagende projecten binnen regio's Limburg, Vlaams-Brabant, Kempen en Antwerpen, waarbij je zowel operationeel als strategisch impact creëert. De functie combineert technische expertise met projectmatige verantwoordelijkheid binnen innovatieve productieomgevingen.

Wat ga je doen?

Automatisatie & technische optimalisatie

  • Analyseren en oplossen van technische storingen binnen automatiseringssystemen en productie-installaties.
  • Ontwerpen, programmeren en implementeren van automatisatie-oplossingen binnen industriële omgevingen.
  • Uitwerken van verbeteringsprojecten aan machineparken met focus op efficiëntie, betrouwbaarheid en continuïteit.
  • Ondersteunen van productie- en onderhoudsteams bij technische optimalisaties en troubleshooting.
  • Toepassen van kennis rond PLC-sturingen, industriële communicatie en visualisatiesystemen.

Projectopvolging & kennisborging

  • Coördineren en opvolgen van automatisatieprojecten binnen vooropgestelde timing, scope en budget.
  • Opstellen van technische documentatie, constructiedossiers en gestructureerde rapporteringen.
  • Bewaken en delen van gespecialiseerde kennis en best practices binnen automatisatie en onderhoud.
  • Geven van technische opleidingen aan lokale first-line verantwoordelijken en operationele teams.
  • Actief opvolgen van technologische evoluties binnen Industrie 4.0 en productieautomatisering.
  • Je behaalde een Masterdiploma binnen Elektromechanica of een gelijkaardige technische richting.
  • Je beschikt over een sterke technische basis binnen automatisatie en industriële productieomgevingen.
  • Je hebt kennis van:
  • PLC-sturingen, bij voorkeur Siemens S7
  • Machine- en automatiseringssystemen (hardware en software)
  • Visualisatiesystemen en industriële communicatie
  • Robotica, aandrijfsystemen en stuur- en regeltechniek
  • Datatransmissie, connectiviteit en algemene elektriciteit
  • MS Office, datamanagement en statistische analyse
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je werkt analytisch, gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je bent hands-on ingesteld en functioneert sterk binnen multidisciplinaire teams.
  • Je hecht belang aan correcte en duidelijke rapportering.
