The posting

Als Automation Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerp van PLC-automatisering, het opvolgen van elektrische schema’s en het programmeren en in bedrijfstellen van projecten. Jij speelt een cruciale rol in het realiseren van projecten, zowel in België als internationaal.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Je analyseert de aangeboden offertes.
  • Je begeleidt het opstellen van elektrische schema’s en het detectieplan.
  • Je neemt actief deel aan de kick-off vergaderingen met alle betrokken partijen.
  • Je overlegt met de mechanische projectingenieurs over het systeemdossier (denk aan functionele werking, aandrijvingen, sensoren, bekabeling...).
  • Je neemt deel aan de lay-out controlevergadering.
  • In samenspraak met de klant werk je de functionele analyse uit.
  • Je stelt rapportages op over risicopunten en aandachtspunten.
  • Je werkt het PLC-programma uit in functie van de benodigdheden en de installatie.
  • Je voert simulaties uit om het PLC-programma te testen.
  • Je bereidt de benodigde klantendocumentatie, handleidingen en certificaten voor.
  • Je hebt een hoger diploma in automatisering, elektriciteit of elektronica.
  • Je hebt 3 jaar ervaring of meer in een soortgelijke sector.
  • Je hebt ervaring met Siemens Tia Portal.
  • Kennis van Simatic manager of Rockwell RsLogix 5000 is een plus.
  • Je kan risico's herkennen (VCA-vol).
  • Je spreekt Nederlands, Frans en/of Engels. Duits is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt een sterk analytisch denkvermogen.
  • Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden en bent flexibel.
  • Je bent bereid om internationaal te reizen voor projecten.
