Als Automation Engineer werk je mee aan het ontwerpen, programmeren en implementeren van geautomatiseerde oplossingen.

Het takenpakket bestaat onder meer uit:

  • Ontwikkelen en programmeren van automatiseringssystemen
  • Programmeren van Siemens PLC-systemen
  • Uitwerken van controle- en automatiseringsoplossingen
  • Ondersteunen van validatietrajecten
  • Monitoren en automatiseren van cleanrooms
  • Analyseren van productie- en processtromen
  • Voorstellen en uitvoeren van procesverbeteringen
  • Onderhouden en upgraden van bestaande installaties
  • Testen en valideren van nieuwe automatiseringsprojecten
  • Storingen en technische problemen analyseren
  • Metingen uitvoeren op elektrisch, mechanisch en thermisch vlak
  • Interventies registreren en correct rapporteren
  • Technische instructies en testprocedures opstellen
  • Onderhoudsprocedures aanpassen en actualiseren
  • Technische documentatie beheren
  • Gebruikers en klanten begeleiden bij de ingebruikname
  • Opleidingen geven over de werking van installaties
  • Overleggen met techniekers, leveranciers en projectleiders
  • Meedenken over praktische oplossingen voor technische uitdagingen

De concrete taken en werkomstandigheden kunnen verschillen naargelang het project. Dat zorgt voor de nodige afwisseling en geeft je de kans om binnen verschillende technische omgevingen ervaring op te doen.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een professional met de volgende eigenschappen:

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd in automatisering, elektromechanica, elektriciteit of een vergelijkbare richting
  • 2 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring
  • Je hebt ervaring met Siemens PLC-systemen
  • Je bent vertrouwd met industriële automatisering
  • Je hebt inzicht in productie- en procesinstallaties
  • Je hebt ervaring met het testen en in bedrijf stellen van installaties
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van technische documentatie
  • Een goede kennis van het Nederlands
  • Je kunt deadlines en prioriteiten goed beheren
  • Je beschikt over vlotte communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Je hebt een collegiale en samenwerkingsgerichte houding
  • Je bent bereid om samen te werken met verschillende afdelingen
  • Je bent flexibel wat betreft werkuren en reistijd
  • Je bent bereid om opdrachten uit te voeren binnen een straal van maximaal één uur rijden van je woonplaats
  • Je staat open voor uiteenlopende werkomstandigheden, afhankelijk van het project
  • Je blijft kalm bij onverwachte wijzigingen of technische problemen

Ervaring met cleanrooms, validatie of gereguleerde omgevingen is een troef.
