The posting

Voor een langdurige freelance opdracht binnen een moderne industriële productieomgeving zoeken we een ervaren Automation Engineer met een sterke combinatie van Industrial Automation, Project Engineering en Project Management skills.

Binnen deze rol ben je betrokken vanaf de Concept Engineering fase van verschillende automatisatieprojecten en werk je deze verder uit richting uitvoering. Je volgt projecten technisch en operationeel op van Concept Engineering, Basic Engineering en Detailed Engineering tot Commissioning, opstart en finale Project Delivery.

Je werkt nauw samen met interne stakeholders, integratoren, leveranciers en contractoren binnen een omgeving waar automatisering, intralogistiek en productieprocessen centraal staan.

De focus ligt op AGV Systems, productieautomatisatie, optimalisatie van materiaalstromen en continue verbetering van geautomatiseerde processen.

Functieomschrijving

  • Mee uitwerken van automatisatieprojecten vanaf Concept Engineering
  • Technische opvolging van projecten van conceptfase tot finale oplevering
  • Coördineren en opvolgen van Basic Engineering & Detailed Engineering samen met integratoren en externe partners
  • Opvolgen van planning, budget, scope en technische kwaliteit van projecten
  • Integratie, optimalisatie en ondersteuning van AGV Systems binnen productieomgeving
  • PLC/SCADA Troubleshooting en optimalisaties uitvoeren
  • Analyse van storingen en implementeren van structurele verbeteringen
  • Opvolgen van leveranciers, contractoren en integratoren tijdens uitvoering
  • Coördineren van FAT/SAT, testing, Commissioning en opstartactiviteiten
  • Samenwerken met operations, maintenance, engineering en productie
  • Identificeren en implementeren van Continuous Improvement initiatieven
  • Opvolgen van technische documentatie en projectrapportering
  • Ondersteunen van automatisatie- en CAPEX Projects binnen de plant
  • Ervaring als Automation Engineer binnen industriële productieomgevingen
  • Sterke kennis van PLC, SCADA en industriële automatisatiesystemen
  • Ervaring met Project Engineering en Project Management binnen industriële projecten
  • Ervaring met AGV Systems, conveyors of Intralogistics is een sterke plus
  • Ervaring met Commissioning, FAT/SAT en technische opleveringen
  • In staat projecten zelfstandig op te volgen van engineering tot uitvoering
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en stakeholder management
  • Hands-on mentaliteit en sterk analytisch vermogen
  • Ervaring binnen Manufacturing of geautomatiseerde productieomgevingen
  • Goede kennis Nederlands en/of Engels
