The posting

Bij een technisch bedrijf in Baarle-Nassau dat systemen en apparaten ontwikkelt voor noodhulpverleners, vertaal je projectopdrachten naar uitvoerbare elektrotechnische ontwerpen. Je ontwerpt besturingskasten, maakt berekeningen en legt vast hoe de bijbehorende PLC- en HMI-software moet functioneren. Daarmee verbind je elektrotechniek, software en praktische uitvoering. Veilige besturingen staan centraal: je combineert elektrische schema’s met oorzaak-gevolgdiagrammen en toetst je ontwerp aan de geldende normen, maakbaarheid en kwaliteitseisen. In de dagelijkse praktijk werk je met EPLAN en Sistema en configureer je PLC- en HMI-software, met basiskennis van Siemens TIA Portal als vertrekpunt. Je stemt specificaties af met softwareprogrammeurs, ondersteunt collega-engineers en helpt de serviceafdeling en werkplaats bij technische vragen. Ook werk je materiaallijsten en calculaties bij in het ERP-systeem. Binnen een informeel team met internationale opdrachten en collega’s krijg je ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen in elektrotechnisch ontwerp, besturingsveiligheid en industriële automatisering. Functie-inhoud - Ontwerpen van elektrische schema’s en besturingskasten voor uiteenlopende elektrotechnische installaties - Opstellen van softwarespecificaties en configureren van PLC- en HMI-software - Uitwerken van veilige besturingen met elektrische schema’s en oorzaak-gevolgdiagrammen - Uitvoeren van elektrotechnische berekeningen en toetsen op normen, maakbaarheid en kwaliteit - Technisch ondersteunen van engineers, de serviceafdeling en collega’s in de werkplaats - Verwerken van materiaallijsten, Bills of Material en calculaties in het ERP-systeem Functie-eisen - Je hebt een hbo-diploma elektrotechniek of industriële automatisering - Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in een vergelijkbare engineeringfunctie - Je kent EPLAN en Sistema en hebt basiskennis van PLC-programmering met Siemens TIA Portal - Je beheerst MS Office; ervaring met Autodesk Inventor of vergelijkbare soft.
