Bij een fabrikant van batterijsystemen in Born werk je aan de automatisering van productielijnen voor onder meer automotive-toepassingen. Als Automation Engineer vertaal je functionele eisen naar besturingssoftware en productieprocessen die voldoen aan de geldende regelgeving. Je bent betrokken van ontwerp en prototype tot ingebruikname en serieproductie. Daarbij draait het niet alleen om PLC-programmering, maar ook om de samenhang tussen software, robotica en SCADA binnen de productieautomatisering. In de dagelijkse praktijk werk je nauw samen met een multidisciplinair engineeringteam en de productieafdeling. Je programmeert met Siemens TIA Portal, voert functionele tests en proefruns uit en ondersteunt de inbedrijfstelling van installaties. Ook verbeter je bestaande lijnen en zoek je naar manieren om ontwerpen eenvoudiger en beter herbruikbaar te maken. Door product- en procesontwikkeling te verbinden, verdiep je je kennis van batterijproductie en zie je jouw technische keuzes terug op de werkvloer. Functie-inhoud - Ontwerpen van productieautomatisering op basis van functionele eisen en geldende regelgeving - Ontwikkelen en aanpassen van PLC-software met Siemens TIA Portal - Verifiëren van de besturing met functionele tests en proefruns - Coördineren en uitvoeren van de softwarematige inbedrijfstelling - Verbeteren van bestaande productielijnen en toevoegen van nieuwe functionaliteiten - Standaardiseren en vereenvoudigen van automatiseringsontwerpen - Ondersteunen van engineering en productie bij automatiseringsvraagstukken Functie-eisen - Bij voorkeur een wo-master in Automation Engineering, Mechatronica of Software Engineering, of een relevante hbo-bachelor met werkervaring in batterijontwikkeling - Ervaring binnen engineering; ook relevante stage-ervaring telt mee - Kennis van en ervaring met PLC-programmering, robotica en SCADA - Ervaring met Siemens TIA Portal en automatiseringsprojecten van eisenpakket tot fysieke installatie - Analytisch vermogen om prob.
