Als Automation Engineer bij een fabriek in Bodegraven ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de software binnen de fabriek. Je werkt aan PLC-, SCADA-, MES- en OEE-systemen en verbindt fabrieksautomatisering met kantoorautomatisering. Naast complexe storingen pak je procesverbeteringen en de langetermijnvisie op automatisering op. Functie-inhoud - Complexe problemen en storingen in PLC-, SCADA-, MES- en OEE-systemen analyseren en oplossen - Intern en extern aanspreekpunt zijn voor fabrieks- en procesautomatisering en nieuwe technologieën volgen - Fabrieksautomatisering afstemmen op kantoorautomatisering - Informatie- en automatiseringsbeleid formuleren, uitvoeren en monitoren volgens ISA-95 niveau 1, 2 en 3 - Geautomatiseerde bedrijfsprocessen verbeteren en borgen, met aandacht voor de langetermijnvisie - Softwareprocedures beheren, processen standaardiseren en wijzigingen vastleggen via change control - Automatiseringsprojecten leiden of eraan deelnemen en ondersteuning bieden bij CAPEX-projecten Functie-eisen - Minimaal een afgeronde hbo-opleiding - Ervaring met software engineering, bijvoorbeeld bij een ingenieursbureau of aanverwant bedrijf - Kennis van PLC, SCADA, MES en OEE - Een proactieve houding en bereidheid om te pionieren - Analytisch vermogen, creativiteit en een samenwerkingsgerichte aanpak - Plezier in het kritisch bevragen en stimuleren van anderen Aanbod - Een fulltime functie van 40 uur per week - Een detavast-constructie - Cursussen om ontbrekende technische kennis aan te vullen - Eindverantwoordelijkheid voor fabriekssoftware en invloed op de automatiseringsvisie
