The posting

Als Project Engineer Automation ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technische uitvoering en opvolging van automatisatieprojecten binnen equipment- en utilitiesomgevingen. Je begeleidt projecten vanaf de eerste specificaties en het ontwerp tot en met de testen, opstart en uiteindelijke oplevering.

Afhankelijk van de projectscope ligt jouw focus op elektrische installaties en instrumentatie (E&I), utility automation of de ontwikkeling en integratie van PLC- en SCADA-systemen. Je werkt nauw samen met interne stakeholders, leveranciers en multidisciplinaire engineeringteams om kwalitatieve en duurzame oplossingen te realiseren.

Naast projectwerk bied je technische ondersteuning aan automatisatiesystemen die al in productie zijn.

  • Je beheert automatisatieprojecten van concept en specificatie tot oplevering.
  • Je stelt technische specificaties en standaarden op en staat in voor de selectie en opvolging van leveranciers.
  • Je coördineert design en engineering en beoordeelt P&ID's, engineeringdocumentatie en functionele specificaties.
  • Je organiseert en volgt Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) en Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) op.
  • Je bewaakt de technische kwaliteit, planning en documentatie van de projecten.
  • Je werkt elektrische ontwerpen uit en volgt de installatie, indienststelling en elektrische afname op.
  • Je ontwerpt en beoordeelt HMI- en SCADA-oplossingen in samenwerking met interne klanten en gespecialiseerde leveranciers.
  • Je voert codereviews uit op PLC-programma's en stelt technische testscripts op, onder meer voor failsafe-functionaliteiten.
  • Je werkt met Siemens PLC-systemen, waaronder S7-300, S7-400, S7-1200 en S7-1500, en met HMI-oplossingen zoals Siemens WinCC en TIA Portal.
  • Je coördineert en realiseert softwareaanpassingen aan productie-installaties.
  • Je analyseert storingen en biedt doorgedreven technische ondersteuning tijdens opstart- en commissioningactiviteiten.
  • Je ondersteunt de integratie en werking van automatisatiesystemen in een productieomgeving.Je werkt samen met verschillende interne teams en externe partners om technische uitdagingen efficiënt op te lossen.
  • Je draagt bij aan de continue verbetering, betrouwbaarheid en actualisatie van bestaande systemen.
  • Tijdens bepaalde projectopstarts bied je, indien nodig, technische ondersteuning buiten de reguliere werkuren of tijdens weekends.
  • Je beschikt over een diploma industrieel ingenieur automatisatie of elektromechanica, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante werkervaring in een industriële omgeving.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands en Engels uitstekend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van elektrisch ontwerp, elektrische installaties en commissioning, onder meer met EPLAN, AREI en EN 60204.
  • Je hebt ervaring met Siemens PLC-systemen: S7-300, S7-400, S7-1200 en/of S7-1500.
  • Je hebt kennis van HMI- en SCADA-systemen, bij voorkeur Siemens WinCC en TIA Portal.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met industriële hardware, software en netwerken, zoals Profibus, Profinet, Simatic NET en OPC UA.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en plichtsbewust en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je beschikt over sterke projectmanagementvaardigheden en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, een echte teamplayer en iemand die initiatief neemt en projecten vooruit helpt.
