Als Automation Engineer bij een fabriek in Dronrijp, Friesland, ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de software binnen de fabriek. Je werkt met PLC, SCADA, MES en OEE en verbindt fabrieksautomatisering met kantoorautomatisering. Naast het oplossen van complexe storingen bepaal je hoe de automatisering op langere termijn wordt verbeterd en geborgd. Functie-inhoud - Complexe problemen en storingen in PLC-, SCADA-, MES- en OEE-systemen analyseren en oplossen - Intern en extern optreden als centraal aanspreekpunt voor fabrieks- en procesautomatisering - Fabrieksautomatisering en kantoorautomatisering op elkaar afstemmen - Informatie- en automatiseringsbeleid formuleren, uitvoeren en monitoren volgens ISA-95, niveaus 1, 2 en 3 - Geautomatiseerde bedrijfsprocessen verbeteren en een langetermijnvisie op automatisering bewaken - Softwareprocedures beheren, processen standaardiseren en wijzigingen vastleggen via change control - Projecten leiden of eraan deelnemen en ondersteuning bieden bij CAPEX-projecten Functie-eisen - Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde hbo-opleiding - Je hebt ervaring met software engineering, bijvoorbeeld bij een ingenieursbureau of aanverwant bedrijf - Je hebt kennis van PLC, SCADA, MES en OEE - Je neemt initiatief en durft te pionieren - Je analyseert problemen grondig en werkt goed samen met anderen - Je bedenkt creatieve oplossingen wanneer bestaande processen geen antwoord bieden Aanbod - Een fulltime functie van 40 uur per week - Een detavastconstructie - Mogelijkheid om ontbrekende kennis via cursussen aan te vullen - Inhoudelijke verantwoordelijkheid voor de fabriekssoftware en de langetermijnvisie op automatisering
