Wil je industriële automatisering inzetten voor chemische processen op basis van hernieuwbare grondstoffen? Bij een technologieontwikkelaar in Farmsum werk je aan de besturing van procesinstallaties binnen de chemische industrie. De organisatie ontwikkelt technologie voor duurzame chemicaliën en materialen en houdt zich bezig met katalyse. Als Automation Engineer richt je je op betrouwbare procesbesturing, inzichtelijke bediening en het vertalen van procesvereisten naar praktische automatiseringsoplossingen. In de dagelijkse praktijk verbind je software met wat er daadwerkelijk in de installatie gebeurt. Je analyseert procesgedrag, werkt aan PLC-logica en HMI- of SCADA-functionaliteit en onderzoekt storingen samen met operators en technische collega's. Daarbij stem je wijzigingen zorgvuldig af met proces- en onderhoudsspecialisten. Je verdiept je verder in meet- en regeltechniek, procesbeveiliging en het testen en documenteren van besturingswijzigingen. Functie-inhoud - Ontwikkelen en aanpassen van PLC-logica voor chemische procesinstallaties - Verbeteren van HMI- en SCADA-schermen, alarmering en procesvisualisatie - Analyseren van storingen in besturingen, instrumentatie en industriële communicatie - Vertalen van procesvereisten naar regelingen, interlocks en functionele beschrijvingen - Testen en valideren van softwarewijzigingen in afstemming met productie en onderhoud - Bijhouden van softwareversies, testresultaten en technische documentatie Functie-eisen - Technische opleiding in industriële automatisering, elektrotechniek of een vergelijkbare richting - Ervaring met PLC-programmering en HMI- of SCADA-systemen - Kennis van meet- en regeltechniek en industriële communicatienetwerken - Inzicht in procesbesturing, interlocks en veilig werken aan industriële installaties - Analytische aanpak bij storingen en zorgvuldige documentatie van wijzigingen - Heldere communicatie met operators, engineers en onderhoudstechnici Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.800 en.
