The posting

Bij Konnekt zijn we op zoek naar een Automation Engineer.

Voor een groeiend technisch installatiebedrijf in regio Destelbergen zoeken we een ervaren Automation Engineer die automatisatiekennis binnen de organisatie verder intern mee gaat uitbouwen.

De focus ligt op de automatisatie en regeling van HVAC-installaties binnen utiliteitsgebouwen. Denk aan warmtepompen, ketels, ventilatie, verwarming en koeling. Je combineert daarbij kennis van elektriciteit en PLC-programmatie met een sterk inzicht in de volledige technische installatie.

Automatisatie werd tot vandaag voornamelijk via externe partners opgenomen. De ambitie is om deze expertise steeds meer in-house op te bouwen. Je krijgt daardoor niet alleen een hands-on technische functie, maar ook de kans om mee richting te geven aan hoe automatisatie binnen toekomstige projecten wordt aangepakt.

Je werkt deels vanuit kantoor en bent daarnaast aanwezig op projecten voor onder andere testing en commissioning. Op termijn kan de automationwerking verder groeien en krijg je de mogelijkheid om hierin een trekkende rol op te nemen.

Functieomschrijving

  • Je neemt het automatisatieluik binnen HVAC- en gebouwtechnische projecten technisch mee in handen.
  • Je werkt regeltechnische oplossingen uit voor onder andere verwarming, koeling, ventilatie, warmtepompen en ketelinstallaties.
  • Je programmeert en configureert PLC-sturingen en zorgt voor een correcte werking van de verschillende technische installaties.
  • Je leest en interpreteert elektrische schema's en denkt mee over de volledige regeltechnische opbouw.
  • Je bent betrokken bij projecten van technische uitwerking tot testing, indienststelling en commissioning.
  • Je gaat regelmatig mee naar de werf om installaties te testen, af te regelen en technisch te optimaliseren.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met Project Engineers, Projectleiders en de Commissioning Engineer.
  • Je helpt technische kennis rond automatisatie verder intern te verankeren en bouwt mee aan standaarden en werkwijzen.
  • Naarmate het aantal projecten groeit, kan je verantwoordelijkheid verder evolueren en krijg je de mogelijkheid om mee een automationteam uit te bouwen.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor of master in Elektromechanica, Automatisatie of Elektrotechniek
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur minstens 4 jaar relevante ervaring.
  • Je beschikt over een sterke basis in elektriciteit, automatisatie en PLC-programmatie.
  • Je hebt ervaring met of een sterke technische kennis van HVAC, gebouwtechnieken of facility-installaties.
  • Je begrijpt hoe installaties zoals warmtepompen, ketels, ventilatie, verwarming en koeling technisch worden aangestuurd.
  • Je bent niet uitsluitend softwarematig bezig, maar hebt ook interesse in de elektrische en fysieke installatie achter de sturing.
  • Je bent hands-on en vindt het interessant om jouw programmatie ook zelf op de werf te testen en in bedrijf te stellen.
  • Je kunt snel zelfstandig werken en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Ervaring binnen gebouwautomatisatie, HVAC-integratie of technische installaties is een sterke troef.
  • Nederlands beheers je op C2-niveau.
