Deze functie is nieuw binnen de organisatie. Dat betekent dat je niet instapt in een volledig vastgelegd takenpakket, maar mee vormgeeft aan hoe HVAC-automatisatie intern wordt aangepakt. Je combineert technische expertise met initiatief en kennisdeling. Naast het zelf uitwerken en optimaliseren van automatisatieoplossingen, begeleid je collega's en help je hen groeien in hun kennis van HVAC-regelingen en besturingstechnieken. Je krijgt dus de ruimte om niet alleen projecten uit te voeren, maar ook echt expertise op te bouwen binnen het bedrijf.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bouwt de expertise rond automatisatie van HVAC-besturingssystemen verder intern uit.
  • Je neemt zelfstandig automatisatievraagstukken en projecten op.
  • Je denkt mee over de meest kwalitatieve en efficiënte regel- en besturingsoplossingen voor HVAC-installaties.
  • Je ondersteunt collega's bij technische vragen rond HVAC-automatisatie.
  • Je deelt actief je kennis en leidt andere techniekers op.
  • Je neemt een mentorrol op en helpt collega's zelfstandiger worden binnen automatisatie.
  • Je draagt bij aan het uitwerken van een uniforme en professionele werkwijze rond HVAC-besturingen.
  • Je bewaakt kwaliteit, klantgerichtheid en efficiëntie bij de oplossingen die je uitwerkt.
  • Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring met de automatisatie en regeling van HVAC-installaties.
  • Je hebt voldoende technische bagage om zelfstandig oplossingen uit te werken en beslissingen te nemen.
  • Je bent een medior of senior profiel dat graag verantwoordelijkheid opneemt.
  • Je kan complexe technische materie helder uitleggen aan collega's.
  • Je vindt het leuk om kennis te delen en anderen te begeleiden.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt initiatief wanneer je mogelijkheden tot verbetering ziet.
  • Je communiceert vlot met techniekers, collega's en andere betrokkenen.
  • Je hecht veel belang aan kwaliteit, klantgerichtheid en efficiënt werken.
