Heb je ervaring in automatisatie en ben je klaar voor een volgende stap binnen industriële projecten? Dan ligt hier een mooie kans voor je klaar.

Voor een speler in regio Kortrijk zoeken we een Automation Engineer. Het bedrijf is actief in de industriële automatisering van machineparken en werkt met klanten over de hele wereld. Zowel kleine toepassingen als complexe totaaloplossingen behoren tot hun portfolio. Ze bieden een volledig traject aan van ontwerp tot oplevering.

De organisatie telt zo’n 25 medewerkers. Ter versterking van hun team zoeken ze nu een ervaren Automation Engineer die meteen kan meedraaien in lopende projecten. Je verplaatst je minstens vier keer per jaar naar het buitenland, om klanten persoonlijk te ondersteunen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Automation Engineer neem je de leiding in de opstart, testing en opvolging van automatisatieprojecten bij klanten op locatie
  • Klanten kunnen op jou rekenen voor duidelijke uitleg, technische ondersteuning en praktijkgerichte opleidingen
  • Je schrijft PLC-programma’s op maat, volledig afgestemd op de toepassing en omgeving
  • Problemen in bestaande installaties spoor je snel op en je zet ze om in gerichte optimalisaties
  • Samen met de klant analyseer je hun processen en werk je concrete automatisatievoorstellen uit die het verschil maken
  • Je hebt een bachelor of master in Elektromechanica of Automatisering
  • Daarnaast heb je minstens 3 jaar ervaring in industriële automatisering
  • Ervaring met PLC-systemen zoals Siemens TIA Portal is vereist, kennis van SCADA is een extra troef
  • Je bent vlot in het Nederlands en Engels
