The posting

  • Je ontwikkelt en optimaliseert PLC-, HMI-, drive- en safetysoftware voor middelgrote tot complexe machines en productielijnen.
  • Je programmeert en configureert robots (KUKA) en integreert deze in complete automatiseringsoplossingen.
  • Je test machines grondig in het atelier en zorgt ervoor dat ze elektrisch, softwarematig, pneumatisch en hydraulisch volledig operationeel zijn.
  • Je verzorgt de opstart en inbedrijfstelling van installaties bij klanten wereldwijd en begeleidt hen tijdens de ingebruikname.
  • Je analyseert bestaande software, voert optimalisaties door en werkt mee aan gestandaardiseerde en herbruikbare softwaremodules.
  • Je biedt technische ondersteuning aan klanten en collega's, zowel ter plaatse als vanop afstand.
  • Je documenteert software, parameters en wijzigingen zodat projecten correct worden overgedragen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met project engineers, electrical engineers en collega's binnen automation om projecten succesvol af te ronden.
  • Je denkt actief mee over nieuwe automatiseringsconcepten en innovatieve oplossingen.
  • Je behaalde een master of bachelor in Elektromechanica, Elektronica, Automatisering of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur enkele jaren ervaring binnen machinebouw of industriële automatisering.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van PLC-programmering (Siemens TIA Portal) en HMI-systemen.
  • Kennis van robotprogrammatie (KUKA), motion control of VB.net is een plus.
  • Je beschikt over een basiskennis mechanica, pneumatiek en hydraulica.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je goed uitdrukken in het Engels. Frans is een extra troef.
  • Je werkt analytisch, zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je bent klantgericht en vindt het leuk om internationaal projecten op te volgen.
  • Je bent bereid om ongeveer 35% van je tijd internationaal te reizen voor installaties, opstarts en service-interventies.
