Als Automation Engineer in de machinebouw in Koog aan de Zaan ontwikkel, test en implementeer je besturingssoftware voor machines en installaties. Je werkt aan PLC-, HMI- en SCADA-oplossingen en begeleidt de techniek van specificatie tot inbedrijfstelling en validatie bij de klant. Functie-inhoud - Configureer en programmeer PLC-, HMI- en SCADA-oplossingen volgens specificatie - Test besturingssoftware en stel machines en installaties in bedrijf - Stel bedieningshandleidingen, kastspecificaties en installatiespecificaties op en bewaak de documentatiekwaliteit - Ondersteun montage- en installatieteams tijdens projecten - Begeleid of voer de inbedrijfstelling en validatie bij de klant uit - Analyseer storingen met root cause-analyses en verbeter besturingssoftware en processen - Stem technische oplossingen af met projectleiders, serviceteams en andere disciplines Functie-eisen - Je kunt PLC-, HMI- en SCADA-oplossingen configureren en programmeren - Je kunt besturingssoftware testen en volgens specificatie in gebruik nemen - Je kunt technische specificaties en bedieningshandleidingen opstellen - Je analyseert storingen en vertaalt de oorzaken naar concrete verbeteringen - Je werkt samen met montage-, installatie- en serviceteams Aanbod - Een fulltime functie van 40 uur per week - Een detavast-contract - Werk aan besturingstechniek voor machines en installaties - Betrokkenheid bij ontwikkeling, testen en inbedrijfstelling bij de klant
