Als Automation Engineer in de industriële productie in Lochem richt je je op betrouwbare besturingen van machines en procesinstallaties. Je vertaalt functionele wensen naar overzichtelijke PLC-software en bedieningsschermen waarmee operators veilig en efficiënt kunnen werken. Daarbij kijk je verder dan de code: ook sensoren, aandrijvingen, signalen en de samenhang tussen installaties bepalen of een automatiseringsoplossing in de praktijk goed functioneert. Je dagelijkse werk draait om programmeren, testen, storingen analyseren en verbeteringen doorvoeren. Je stemt technische keuzes af met operators, onderhoudstechnici en collega-engineers, zodat aanpassingen aansluiten op het productieproces. Tijdens het testen controleer je sequenties, vergrendelingen en foutafhandeling en leg je wijzigingen zorgvuldig vast. Zo verdiep je je in industriële besturingstechniek en ontwikkel je je verder in het verbinden van software, elektrotechniek en productie. Functie-inhoud - PLC-programma’s ontwikkelen en aanpassen voor machines en procesinstallaties - HMI-schermen inrichten met duidelijke bediening, statusinformatie en alarmmeldingen - Storingen analyseren aan de hand van PLC-diagnostiek, signalen en procesgegevens - Besturingswijzigingen testen en ondersteunen bij inbedrijfstelling - Afstemmen met productie en onderhoud over technische verbeteringen - Softwarewijzigingen, testresultaten en functionele werking documenteren Functie-eisen - Een technische opleiding in elektrotechniek, industriële automatisering of mechatronica - Ervaring met PLC-programmering, bijvoorbeeld met Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell of Beckhoff - Kennis van HMI-systemen en inzicht in industriële productieprocessen - Inzicht in elektrotechnische schema’s, sensoren, aandrijvingen en industriële netwerken - Een systematische aanpak bij storingsanalyse, testen en softwarebeheer - Heldere communicatie met operators, onderhoudstechnici en collega-engineers Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.800 en € 5.000 (.
