Technische expertise & ondersteuning

  • Je ondersteunt bij complexe technische storingen en zoekt gericht naar duurzame oplossingen
  • Je voert Root Cause Analyses uit en vertaalt inzichten naar concrete verbeteracties
  • Je voert technische audits uit op bestande installaties en systemen
  • Je adviseert onderhouds- en operationele teams vanuit jouw technische expertise
  • Je valideert software- en hardwarewijzigingen en waakt over een betrouwbare implementatie

Projecten & automatisatie

  • Je leidt kleinere automatiseringsprojecten van concept tot succesvolle ingebruikname
  • Je coördineert leveranciers en partners voor onder andere AMR-, AGV-, conveyor- en magazijnsystemen
  • Je vertaalt noden naar duidelijke technische specificaties
  • Je volgt budget, planning, kwaliteit en risico's op
  • Je werkt verbeterprojecten uit met focus op capaciteit, betrouwbaarheid, veilgheid en efficiëntie

Continue verbetering

  • Je spot opportuniteiten om logistieke processen en flows slimmer te organiseren
  • Je werkt actief mee aan het verhogen van de beschikbaarheid en performantie van installaties
  • Je zoekt naar manieren om storingen en onderhoudskosten structureel te verminderen
  • Je brengt nieuwe technologieën en automatiseringsmogelijkheden mee onder de aandacht
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma Elektromechanica of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring binnen industriële automatisering, intralogistiek of een vergelijkbare technische omgeving
  • Ervaring met geautomatiseerde magazijnen, robotica, conveyors, AGV's of AMR's is mooi meegenomen
  • Je hebt een goede technische basis in PLC-diagnostiek, industriële netwerken, elektrotechniek, mechanica en/of robotica
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en weet complexe technische problemen op een gestructureerde manier aan te pakken
  • Je bent hands-on en krijgt energie van techniek die in de praktijk werkt
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar zoekt ook graag de samenwerking op met collega's en partners
  • Je communiceert vlot en weet technische materie helder over te brengen
