Als Automation Engineer in Maastricht richt je je op besturingstechniek binnen de industriële automatisering. Je werkt aan oplossingen waarmee machines en installaties betrouwbaar, veilig en beheersbaar functioneren. Bij een technische organisatie in dit vakgebied verbind je software met de praktijk op de werkvloer: van het vertalen van functionele eisen naar PLC-logica tot het inzichtelijk maken van procesgegevens via HMI en SCADA. Daarbij houd je rekening met onderhoudbaarheid, storingsdiagnose en machineveiligheid. In je dagelijkse werk wissel je programmeren af met testen, analyseren en technisch overleg. Je stemt af met elektrotechnici, werktuigbouwkundigen en gebruikers om de besturing op het proces te laten aansluiten. Tijdens het testen controleer je signalen, sequenties en foutafhandeling. Zo verdiep je je kennis van industriële communicatie, gestructureerde software en het samenspel tussen sensoren, aandrijvingen en besturingen. Functie-inhoud - Functionele eisen vertalen naar overzichtelijke PLC-software - HMI-schermen en SCADA-functionaliteit ontwikkelen voor bediening en diagnose - I/O-signalen, besturingssequenties en foutafhandeling testen - Storingen analyseren in software, communicatie en veldcomponenten - Besturingen in bedrijf stellen en afstemmen met betrokken technici - Softwarewijzigingen, testresultaten en technische keuzes documenteren Functie-eisen - Technische opleiding in elektrotechniek, mechatronica of industriële automatisering - Ervaring met PLC-programmering, bijvoorbeeld met Siemens TIA Portal of Beckhoff TwinCAT - Kennis van HMI- en SCADA-toepassingen voor industriële processen - Inzicht in industriële netwerken zoals PROFINET, EtherCAT of Modbus TCP - Je leest elektrische schema’s en analyseert storingen systematisch - Je overlegt helder met technici en gebruikers over werking en aanpassingen Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.800 en € 5.000 (indicatie op basis van functie en ervaring) - Een vakgebied waarin software en fysi.
