Als Automation Engineer bij een producent van zuigelingenvoeding in Nijmegen beheer en verbeter je de automatisering van het productieproces. Je werkt met Rockwell, Allen Bradley PLC’s, SCADA en batchsystemen en ondersteunt Operations bij storingen en verbeteringen. Binnen de afdeling Automation ben je verantwoordelijk voor je eigen deelgebied en rapporteer je aan de Lead Automation Engineer. Functie-inhoud - Analyseer productiestoringen, onderzoek bronoorzaken en stel structurele verbeteringen voor - Voer modificaties uit of begeleid externe system integrators bij de uitvoering - Specificeer, ontwikkel, test en implementeer softwareapplicaties volgens vastgestelde kwaliteitsprocedures - Beheer en verbeter de automatiseringsinfrastructuur binnen je eigen deelgebied - Coördineer werkzaamheden aan netwerken, servers en werkstations - Beheer systemen, applicaties en databases en voer back-up- en securitystrategieën uit - Neem deel aan engineeringprojecten en zorg voor correcte technische documentatie Functie-eisen - Afgeronde hbo-opleiding Industriële Automatisering, Elektrotechniek, Besturingstechniek of vergelijkbaar, met minimaal vier jaar relevante ervaring - Kennis van Rockwell-systemen en ervaring met Allen Bradley PLC’s, SCADA en batchbesturing; Historian en Vantage Point zijn een pre - Bekend met IEC 61131-3, ISA88 en ISA95 - Interesse in server-, client- en netwerkhardware, Windows, SQL-databases en cybersecurity volgens IEC 62443 en ISA99 - Ervaring met projectmanagement, GAMP, het V-model en kwalificatienormen binnen food of pharma; kennis van 21 CFR Part 11 en 106 is een pre - Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk - Je werkt praktisch, proactief en analytisch en communiceert goed met collega’s en externe partijen Aanbod - Detavast-contractvorm - Eigen verantwoordelijkheid voor een automatiseringsdeelgebied - Betrokkenheid bij het volledige softwaretraject, van specificatie tot inbedrijfstelling - Samenwerking met Operations.
