The posting

Bij een internationaal opererende industriële producent in Oosterhout verbeter je de besturing van productieprocessen. Je vertaalt wensen vanuit de organisatie en de werkvloer naar concrete hardware- en softwareoplossingen. Daarbij werk je met Siemens S5/S7, Siemens TIA Portal en de koppelingen tussen PLC-besturingen, MES en SAP. Je kijkt verder dan een werkend programma: betrouwbaarheid, productkwaliteit, output en de veiligheid van het productie-IT-netwerk zijn belangrijke onderdelen van je werk. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je programmeren en configureren met storingsanalyse, projectuitvoering en overleg op de werkvloer. Je stemt oplossingen af met de Technische Dienst, Productie en de SAP- en IT-teams. Na implementatie maak je duidelijke werkinstructies en train je gebruikers, zodat zij zelfstandig met de systemen kunnen werken. Je borgt besturingskennis binnen de organisatie en verdiept je vakkennis via lokale en internationale trainingsmogelijkheden. Functie-inhoud - Onderhouden, ontwerpen en programmeren van bestaande en nieuwe PLC-besturingen. - Analyseren, oplossen en documenteren van complexe besturingstechnische storingen. - Optimaliseren van besturingen voor hogere betrouwbaarheid, lagere kosten en constante productkwaliteit. - Opzetten en beheren van het productie-IT-netwerk en bewaken van de netwerkveiligheid. - Afstemmen van SAP-, MES- en PLC-koppelingen met Productie, Technische Dienst en IT. - Opstellen van werkinstructies en trainen van gebruikers in software en productiesystemen. - Zelfstandig initiëren, implementeren en afronden van automatiseringsprojecten. Functie-eisen - Afgeronde hbo-opleiding Besturingstechniek. - Ruime ervaring met industriële automatisering en het ontwerpen en programmeren van PLC-besturingen. - Kennis van Siemens S5/S7, Siemens TIA Portal en meet- en regeltechniek. - Kennis van SAP, MES, FMS en de koppeling tussen bedrijfssoftware en PLC-besturingen. - Kennis van OPC, Visual Basic.NET en Microsoft SQL. - Je vert.
