Jouw baan als Automation Engineer Pharma

In deze rol versterk je het vaste automation engineering team binnen een pharma-omgeving. Je werkt mee aan projecten rond nieuwe equipment én aanpassingen aan bestaande procesequipment. Daarbij maak je deel uit van een multidisciplinair projectteam en stem je af met stakeholders doorheen de organisatie. Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid over deeltaken of volledige projecten, afhankelijk van je ervaring. Je werkt in een gereguleerde omgeving waar kwaliteit, documentatie en data-integriteit centraal staan. Jouw bijdrage zorgt ervoor dat processen veilig, compliant en efficiënt blijven draaien.

Gelukkig kunnen we op jou rekenen bij het:

  • Uitvoeren van projecten rond nieuwe equipment en upgrades van bestaande systemen
  • Opstellen en aanleveren van input voor Change Controls per wijziging
  • Meewerken aan URS, risk assessments en technische documentatie
  • Implementeren van configuratie- en softwarewijzigingen in een GMP-omgeving
  • Voorbereiden van testen (IQ/OQ/PQ, testmatrix, protocollen)
  • Uitvoeren en rapporteren van testen, inclusief opvolgen van afwijkingen
  • Coördineren van deeltaken of projecten en organiseren van stakeholdermeetings

Soft skills

Je werkt gestructureerd en behoudt overzicht in complexe projecten. Je communiceert helder met verschillende stakeholders en neemt eigenaarschap over je taken en projecten.

Hard skills

  • Ervaring als automation engineer binnen een GMP-omgeving
  • Kennis van Change Control, URS en risk assessments
  • Ervaring met testmethodes zoals IQ/OQ/PQ en data-integriteit
  • Technische ervaring met proces- of productie-equipment
  • In staat om zelfstandig projecten of deeltaken te begeleiden
