Als Automation Engineer bij een kunststofverwerkend productiebedrijf in Rucphen ontwerp, ontwikkel en verbeter je geautomatiseerde productiesystemen. Je werkt met PLC's, robots en andere automatiseringsapparatuur om productieprocessen efficiënter te maken en verdere robotisering te realiseren. Functie-inhoud - Je signaleert mogelijkheden om productieprocessen verder te automatiseren en de efficiëntie te verbeteren - Je werkt mee aan het ontwerp, de ontwikkeling en de implementatie van automatiseringsoplossingen - Je programmeert en configureert PLC's, robots en andere automatiseringsapparatuur - Je test en valideert nieuwe automatiseringsoplossingen - Je biedt collega's technische ondersteuning en training Functie-eisen - Je hebt een afgeronde technische mbo- of hbo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld mechatronica, elektrotechniek, werktuigbouwkunde of automatisering - Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar vergelijkbare ervaring binnen een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in de kunststofverwerkende industrie - Je hebt kennis van PLC-programmering, robotica, vision-systemen en andere automatiseringstechnologieën - Kennis van spuitgieten en matrijzen is een pre - Je hebt ervaring met CAD-software - Je beschikt over sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden - Je communiceert helder en werkt goed samen met collega's Aanbod - Een salaris met aanvullende secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden - Mogelijkheden om opleidingen te volgen en je technische kennis verder te ontwikkelen - Werken met geavanceerde automatiseringstechnologieën - Samenwerken met deskundige collega's - Een informele werksfeer met Brabantse gezelligheid - Een fulltime functie van 40 uur per week op detavastbasis
