Als Automation Engineer bij een fabriek in de levensmiddelenindustrie in Steenderen ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de software binnen de fabriek. Je verbindt fabrieks- en kantoorautomatisering en werkt aan betrouwbare, efficiënte processen met PLC, SCADA, MES en OEE. Functie-inhoud - Optreden als intern en extern aanspreekpunt voor fabrieks- en procesautomatisering - Fabrieksautomatisering verbinden met kantoorautomatisering en nieuwe technologieën volgen - Informatie- en automatiseringsbeleid formuleren, uitvoeren en monitoren volgens ISA-95 niveau 1, 2 en 3 - Geautomatiseerde bedrijfsprocessen verbeteren en borgen, met een langetermijnvisie op automatisering - Softwareprocedures beheren, processen standaardiseren en procesoptimalisatie stimuleren - Software change management uitvoeren en wijzigingen en modificaties actueel houden - Automatiseringsprojecten leiden en ondersteunen bij CAPEX-investeringsprojecten Functie-eisen - Minimaal een afgeronde hbo-opleiding - Ervaring binnen software engineering, bijvoorbeeld bij een ingenieursbureau of aanverwant bedrijf - Kennis van PLC, SCADA, MES en OEE - Proactieve instelling en bereidheid om te pionieren - Analytisch vermogen en een coöperatieve, samenwerkingsgerichte houding - Creativiteit om oplossingen te vinden die verder gaan dan bestaande processen - Plezier in het kritisch bevragen en stimuleren van anderen Aanbod - Fulltime functie van 40 uur per week - Detavast-contract - Mogelijkheid om ontbrekende kennis via cursussen aan te vullen - Ruimte om te pionieren en richting te geven aan de fabrieksautomatisering
