Voor een toonaangevende Europese speler in de voedingsindustrie – met hoofdzetel in de regio Roeselare – zoeken we een ambitieuze Automatisatie Ingenieur. Dit bedrijf, met meer dan een eeuw aan ervaring op de teller, is uitgegroeid tot een gevestigde waarde op internationaal niveau. Om hun sterke groeikoers verder te ondersteunen, willen ze hun team versterken met een gedreven Automation Engineer die technische uitdagingen met beide handen aangrijpt en mee wil bouwen aan de onderneming van de toekomst.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Allereerst werk je mee aan de automatiseringsprojecten van alle productielocaties, waarbij je de transitie naar toekomstgerichte fabrieken realiseert
  • Je ontwikkelt, test en rolt projecten uit op het gebied van Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
  • Verder vertaal je gebruikersbehoeften naar functionele ontwerpen en technische concepten
  • Je deelt technische expertise en best practices met alle productielocaties binnen de organisatie
  • Door het volgen van technologische innovaties en Industrie 4.0 evoluties via seminaries en beurzen, blijf je steeds op de hoogte van de laatste ontwikkelingen
  • Tot slot bied je technische ondersteuning bij vraagstukken rond automatisering
  • Je behaalde een Masterdiploma (Automatisatie, Elektrotechnieken, Elektromechanica, ICT) en hebt al meer dan 2 jaar relevante werkervaring
  • Bovendien heb je kennis van MES-platformen, IT-programmering (SQL Server, .NET, Reporting tools), PLC- en SCADA-programmering
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels, spreek je ook nog een woordje Frans dan is dat zeer mooi meegenomen
  • Daarnaast ben je bereid om af en toe korte verplaatsingen te doen naar het buitenland, voor seminaries en beurzen, ongeveer 10% van de tijd
