Industrial Automation Engineer

Voor een moderne industriële productieomgeving in de regio Moeskroen zoeken we een Industrial Automation Engineer die automatisering combineert met analyse, procesverbetering en technische optimalisatie.

Je komt terecht in een brede engineeringfunctie waarin je niet uitsluitend programmeert. Je onderzoekt vooral hoe machines en productieprocessen beter kunnen presteren, brengt technische knelpunten in kaart en werkt samen met maintenance en productie aan structurele verbeteringen.

Je werkt over twee productiesites en krijgt veel ruimte om jouw technische kennis verder uit te bouwen.

Wat Ga Je Doen

  • Productieprocessen analyseren: Je onderzoekt waar technische verliezen, inefficiënties en stilstanden ontstaan en vertaalt deze naar verbeteracties.
  • PLC-systemen optimaliseren: Je past bestaande automatisatie aan en werkt voornamelijk met Siemens Step 7 en TIA Portal.
  • Storingen analyseren: Je gaat verder dan enkel het oplossen van een probleem en zoekt naar de structurele oorzaak.
  • Samenwerken met maintenance: Je werkt nauw samen met technische collega's om verbeteringen aan machines en installaties te realiseren.
  • Performantie verhogen: Je helpt lijnsnelheden, beschikbaarheid, kwaliteit en algemene efficiëntie verder te verbeteren.
  • Technische data benutten: Je helpt data uit machines en installaties toegankelijk te maken voor analyse en verdere optimalisatie.
  • Automatiseringsprojecten ondersteunen: Je werkt mee aan uitbreidingen, aanpassingen en nieuwe technische installaties.
  • Nieuwe technologieën verkennen: Je krijgt de kans om je verder te ontwikkelen in onder andere industriële data, digitalisering, motion, vision en predictive maintenance.

Wie Ben Je

  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond binnen automatisering, elektromechanica, elektronica of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt kennis van Siemens Step 7 en/of TIA Portal.
  • Je hoeft nog geen specialist te zijn in elk onderdeel van industriële automatisering. Leergierigheid en technische nieuwsgierigheid zijn hier bijzonder belangrijk.
  • Je analyseert graag hoe machines en processen functioneren.
  • Je denkt in structurele oplossingen en verbeteringen.
  • Je werkt graag samen met maintenance, productie en engineering.
  • Frans is belangrijk binnen de dagelijkse werking.
  • Je kunt je uitdrukken in het Engels, maar dit hoeft niet perfect te zijn.
