The posting

Bij een industriële organisatie in Weert werk je aan de ontwikkeling en optimalisatie van automatiseringssystemen op hardware- en softwareniveau. Je vertaalt technische vraagstukken naar betrouwbare besturingen en voert modificaties uit aan PLC-, SCADA- en HMI-systemen. Daarbij gebruik je jouw ervaring met Siemens S5/S7 en GE Proficy iFix. Ook complexere aandrijvingen horen bij je werk: je ontwerpt, programmeert en test oplossingen die bijdragen aan een beheersbaar en goed functionerend productieproces. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je projectmatig werken met het analyseren en oplossen van storingen. Je stemt systeemwijzigingen af met technicians en gebruikers, begeleidt de implementatie en helpt hen met de bediening en het onderhoud van aangepaste systemen. Daarnaast begeleid je externe partners en bewaak je de technische uitvoering van hun werkzaamheden. Je krijgt ruimte om je vakkennis verder te verdiepen, zowel in besturingssoftware als in aandrijftechniek en de samenhang tussen systemen. Functie-inhoud - Ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van industriële automatiseringssystemen op hardware- en softwareniveau - Specificeren, ontwerpen, programmeren, configureren en testen van PLC- en SCADA-modificaties - Ontwerpen, programmeren en testen van complexere aandrijvingen - Implementeren van systeemwijzigingen en nieuwe automatiseringssystemen - Trainen en begeleiden van gebruikers en technicians bij systeemaanpassingen - Analyseren en oplossen van technische incidenten en besturingsproblemen - Begeleiden en technisch aansturen van externe partners Functie-eisen - Afgeronde hbo-opleiding Elektrotechniek, Industriële Automatisering of een vergelijkbare richting - Minimaal vijf jaar ervaring als automation engineer in de machinebouw of (proces)industrie - Diepgaande kennis van relevante automatiseringssoftware en ervaring met Siemens S5/S7 en GE Proficy iFix SCADA/HMI - Ervaring met projectmatig werken; kennis van C++ en Visual Basic is een pré - Nieuwsgierige, creat.
