The posting

Bij een fabriek in de levensmiddelenindustrie in Wolvega werk je aan de betrouwbaarheid en ontwikkeling van de procesautomatisering. Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de software binnen de fabriek en verbindt PLC-besturingen, SCADA, MES en OEE met de dagelijkse productiepraktijk. Daarbij kijk je verder dan het oplossen van storingen: je ontwikkelt een langetermijnvisie op automatisering en vertaalt die naar beheersbare software, heldere procedures en procesverbeteringen. In je dagelijkse werk analyseer je complexe automatiseringsproblemen, begeleid je softwarewijzigingen en neem je deel aan investeringsprojecten. Je werkt samen met technische collega’s, productie en IT en bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe betrokkenen. Je brengt fabrieksautomatisering en kantoorautomatisering bij elkaar, met ISA-95 als inhoudelijk kader. Er is ruimte om nieuwe technologie te onderzoeken, bestaande keuzes kritisch te bespreken en je kennis via cursussen gericht te verdiepen. Functie-inhoud - Analyseer en verhelp complexe storingen in PLC-, SCADA-, MES- en OEE-systemen. - Verbind fabrieksautomatisering met kantoorautomatisering als aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe betrokkenen. - Formuleer, implementeer en bewaak het automatiseringsbeleid voor ISA-95-niveaus 1, 2 en 3. - Verbeter de betrouwbaarheid van geautomatiseerde processen en ontwikkel de langetermijnvisie op automatisering. - Beheer softwareprocedures, standaardiseer processen en borg wijzigingen via software change management. - Leid automatiseringsprojecten en ondersteun CAPEX-projecten vanuit je software-expertise. Functie-eisen - Je hebt minimaal een hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in industriële automatisering, elektrotechniek of een verwante richting. - Je hebt ervaring met software engineering binnen een ingenieursbureau of een vergelijkbare technische organisatie. - Je hebt kennis van PLC, SCADA, MES en OEE en begrijpt hun samenhang binnen een fabriek. - Je kunt softwareverantwoordelijkheid drage.
