The posting

Bij een fabriek in de levensmiddelenindustrie in Workum ben je als Automation Engineer eindverantwoordelijk voor de software achter de fabrieks- en procesautomatisering. Je houdt je bezig met PLC, SCADA, MES en OEE en zorgt dat geautomatiseerde processen betrouwbaar blijven functioneren. Daarbij kijk je verder dan het oplossen van storingen: je ontwikkelt een langetermijnvisie op automatisering, standaardiseert softwareprocedures en vertaalt beleid naar de praktijk volgens ISA-95, niveau 1, 2 en 3. In je dagelijkse werk analyseer je complexe automatiseringsproblemen, beheer je softwarewijzigingen en werk je aan procesoptimalisatie. Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor interne collega's en externe specialisten en verbindt fabrieksautomatisering met kantoorautomatisering. Ook neem je deel aan projecten, leid je automatiseringsprojecten en ondersteun je investeringen in de fabriek. Je krijgt ruimte om nieuwe technologie te verkennen en je technische kennis via cursussen gericht uit te breiden. Functie-inhoud - Analyseer en verhelp complexe storingen in PLC-, SCADA-, MES- en OEE-systemen - Fungeer als centraal aanspreekpunt voor procesautomatisering en de koppeling met kantoorautomatisering - Formuleer, implementeer en bewaak automatiseringsbeleid volgens ISA-95, niveau 1, 2 en 3 - Verbeter de betrouwbaarheid van geautomatiseerde processen en ontwikkel een langetermijnvisie - Beheer softwareprocedures, standaardisatie en change control voor wijzigingen en modificaties - Leid automatiseringsprojecten en lever technische ondersteuning bij CAPEX-projecten Functie-eisen - Afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in industriële automatisering, elektrotechniek of een verwante richting - Ervaring met software engineering bij een ingenieursbureau of een vergelijkbare technische organisatie - Kennis van PLC, SCADA, MES en OEE en hun samenhang binnen fabrieksautomatisering - Analytisch vermogen en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel voor de software binnen een fabriek - Proactieve, cr.
