The posting

Bij een internationale producent van babyvoeding in Nunspeet werk je aan de automatisering van een fabriek waar voedselveiligheid en productkwaliteit centraal staan. Als Automation & MES Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de automatiserings- en MES-vraagstukken van één productielijn. Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse productie, onderzoekt storingen en verbetert bestaande applicaties. Daarbij beweeg je tussen PLC-besturingen, SCADA, HMI en de systemen die productiegegevens beschikbaar maken voor de werkvloer. Je werkt in het engineeringteam samen met specialisten in Automation, MES en IT en stemt af met Productie, Maintenance, Quality Assurance en Technology. De ene dag analyseer je de oorzaak van een terugkerende storing, de andere dag ondersteun je een E&A-project of actualiseer je technische documentatie. Je verdiept je verder in MES, industriële netwerken en automatiseringsstandaarden, met mogelijkheden voor training in onder meer Wonderware en Rockwell PLC’s. Functie-inhoud - Storingen in bestaande Automation- en MES-applicaties analyseren en oplossen - Dagelijkse automatiseringsvraagstukken rond SCADA, HMI en PLC op jouw productielijn ondersteunen - Oorzaakanalyses uitvoeren voor problemen met automatisering en digitalisering - Verbeterkansen op de productielijn signaleren en uitwerken - E&A- en verbeterprojecten op het gebied van Automation en OT/IT ondersteunen - Technische documentatie van Automation- en MES-systemen onderhouden en verbeteren Functie-eisen - Hbo- of wo-bachelor in elektrotechniek, informatica of industriële automatisering - Circa 1 tot 5 jaar engineeringervaring, bij voorkeur in machine- en apparatenbouw - Kennis van PLC-besturingen en affiniteit met netwerkcomponenten en MES - Kennis van en ervaring met Wonderware en Rockwell PLC’s is een pré - Initiatiefrijke, servicegerichte werkhouding en oog voor samenwerking, voedselveiligheid en kwaliteit - Goede beheersing van het Engels; Nederlands is een pré Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3..
