Bij Konnekt zoeken we een Robotics Project Manager voor een internationale speler gespecialiseerd in innovatieve automatiserings- en intralogistieke oplossingen. Binnen een hoogtechnologische omgeving werk je mee aan uitdagende projecten waarbij technologie, innovatie en efficiëntie centraal staan.

Je komt terecht in een sterk groeiende organisatie die wereldwijd actief is en continu investeert in de ontwikkeling van geavanceerde systemen voor logistieke en industriële toepassingen. Samen met een team van gedreven professionals draag je bij aan projecten die een directe impact hebben op de operationele processen van klanten.

Functieomschrijving

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie en opvolging van complexe technische projecten van opstart tot oplevering, waarbij je waakt over timing, kwaliteit en budget.
  • Je stelt projectplanningen op, bepaalt de benodigde middelen en zorgt voor een efficiënte samenwerking tussen interne teams, klanten en externe partners.
  • Je identificeert risico's en wijzigingen tijdig, stuurt bij waar nodig en garandeert een succesvolle uitvoering binnen de vooropgestelde doelstellingen.
  • Je fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt voor alle stakeholders, organiseert overlegmomenten en zorgt voor een transparante communicatie en rapportering gedurende het volledige project.
  • Sterke communicator met een hands-on mentaliteit en focus op resultaat.
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in projectmanagement, bij voorkeur in intralogistiek; ervaring in sectoren zoals rail, energie of aerospace is eveneens relevant.
  • Vlot in Nederlands en Engels; kennis van het Frans en/of Duits is een meerwaarde.
  • Zelfstandig, ownership-gedreven en bereid om internationaal te reizen (ongeveer 20%)
