En vandaag? Vandaag kijken we samen met één van onze klanten uit naar een Automation Technician oor een project binnen de Farma.

Ben jij een technisch sterke Automation Technician met ervaring binnen een industriële onderhoudsomgeving? Heb je kennis van PLC-systemen en haal je energie uit het oplossen van technische storingen? Dan hebben wij een interessante uitdaging binnen een innovatieve en hoogtechnologische productieomgeving.

Je start in dagdienst en wordt na een inwerkperiode opgenomen in een ploegensysteem.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan elektrische installaties, instrumentatie en automatisatiesystemen.
  • Analyseren en oplossen van technische storingen om de beschikbaarheid van installaties te garanderen.
  • Onderhouden van PLC-gestuurde systemen en HMI-interfaces.
  • Werken aan motoren, pompen, frequentieregelaars, stuurkasten en meet- en regeltechnieken.
  • Ondersteunen van validatie-, kwalificatie- en verbeterprojecten.
  • Uitvoeren van technische analyses en root cause investigations.
  • Registreren en documenteren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden in onderhoudssystemen.
  • Opstellen en actualiseren van technische documentatie, procedures en werkinstructies.
  • Nauw samenwerken met productie, engineering, kwaliteit en externe partners.
  • Werken volgens de geldende veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en GMP-richtlijnen.
  • Ervaring binnen automatisatie of technisch onderhoud is belangrijker dan het diploma.
  • Bachelor Elektromechanica, Elektrotechniek, Industriële Automatisering of gelijkwaardig is een plus.
  • Minstens enkele jaren ervaring in een industriële onderhoudsomgeving.
  • Ervaring met PLC-systemen, bij voorkeur Siemens S7.
  • Kennis van elektrische installaties, motoren, frequentieregelaars en instrumentatie.
  • Ervaring met preventief en correctief onderhoud.
  • Je kan elektrische schema's lezen en interpreteren.
  • Kennis van GMP-omgevingen is een troef.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht.
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands.
