Jouw baan als E&I Automation Technician

Als E&I Automation Technician versterk je het Clean Utilities team binnen een farmaceutische productieomgeving in Geel. Je komt terecht in een team van ervaren technici die dagelijks instaan voor de betrouwbaarheid van kritische nutsvoorzieningen en productieondersteunende systemen. In deze rol ligt de focus niet op commissioning of projectmatige installaties, maar op het analyseren, oplossen en voorkomen van technische storingen binnen bestaande installaties. Je gebruikt jouw kennis van automatisatie, PLC- en DCS-systemen om productieprocessen operationeel te houden. Dankzij jouw technisch inzicht spoor je complexe storingen op en zorg je ervoor dat installaties snel opnieuw beschikbaar zijn. Na een grondige inwerkperiode word je opgenomen in het wachtdienstsysteem.

Gelukkig kunnen we op jou rekenen bij het:

  • Analyseren en oplossen van complexe storingen in geautomatiseerde installaties
  • Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan E&I-systemen
  • Troubleshooten van PLC- en DCS-systemen om downtime te beperken
  • Onderzoeken van procesafwijkingen via Siemens S7, TIA Portal en DeltaV
  • Onderhouden van motoren, pompen, frequentieregelaars en stuurkasten
  • Uitvoeren van root cause analyses en documenteren van interventies
  • Samenwerken met productie, kwaliteit en engineering bij technische vraagstukken

Je behoudt het overzicht wanneer productieprocessen verstoord raken en gaat analytisch te werk om de oorzaak van een storing te achterhalen. Je werkt zelfstandig wanneer nodig, maar stemt vlot af met collega's uit verschillende disciplines. Dankzij jouw technische maturiteit ben je snel inzetbaar binnen een onderhoudsomgeving.

Jij brengt graag het volgende mee:

  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring binnen industriële automatisatie of E&I-onderhoud
  • Ervaring in een maintenance omgeving, niet uitsluitend commissioning of projecten
  • Kennis van Siemens S7, TIA Portal en DCS-systemen zoals DeltaV
  • Basiskennis van industriële netwerken zoals Profibus en Profinet
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en technisch Engels

Pluspunten

  • Ervaring binnen pharma of een GMP-omgeving
  • BA5-attest en VCA-certificaat
  • Bachelor Elektriciteit, Automatisatie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
