De functie inhoud Wat staat jou als Automation Engineer te wachten?

  • Jouw core business bestaat uit het ontwikkelen en programmeren van software voor machines en industriële installaties.
  • Als Automatisatie Ingenieur ben je niet enkel verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren van reeds bestaande installaties, maar ook het van scratch-programmeren ervan.
  • Je staat in voor de uitvoering van de functionele analyses van de installaties om deze erna om te zetten in een PLC-programma.
  • Daarnaast sta je ook in voor de controles op het programma aan de hand van tests door simulatie.
  • Ook het afstellen van componenten en instrumenten met het oog op de inbedrijfsinstelling behoren tot jouw takenpakket.

Onze klant Deze werkzekere en no-nonsense organisatie is actief in totaalinstallaties voor stofafzuiging, alsook het pneumatisch industrieel transport. De organisatie heeft het hele proces in handen: van de verkoop van het project tot het tekenwerk, de montage en de oplevering ervan. Alles zit dus in-house! Een mooie troef als je weet dat alle installaties op maat van de klant worden gemaakt. Ze zijn actief binnen heel wat verschillende sectoren: hout, staal, vlas… Ook internationaal zijn de installaties gekend: van Spanje tot Indonesië. Je verkrijgt heel wat ervaring tijdens deze buitenlandse projecten. Qua bedrijfscultuur en werksfeer moet het bedrijf ook niet onderdoen. Er is weinig verloop doordat de zaakvoerders hard inzetten op het welzijn van de werknemer. Dit wordt verwacht van een ingenieur automatisatie:

  • De combinatie techniek en projectmatig werken triggert jou.
  • Jouw kennen en kunnen heb je geleerd tijdens jouw technische master- of bachelordiploma (Elektronica – ICT of Automation).
  • Jouw kennis van Siemens Step 7, Tia Portal, SQL en/of .NET is diepgaand.
  • Daarnaast ben je bereid tot buitenlandse verplaatsingen. Hierbij spreken we over periodes van maximaal 2 weken en dit voor maximaal 8 weken op jaarbasis.
  • Door deze buitenlandse projecten beschik je over een goede taalkennis: Nederlands en Engels zijn jou niet vreemd.
  • Teamwork makes the dream work. Je werkt op (sommige) projecten samen met jouw team, dus jouw goede communicatievaardigheden en gedrevenheid zijn van belang.
