Als Automatisatie Ingenieur werk je op het snijvlak van productie, techniek en digitalisering. Je neemt automatiseringsprojecten mee in handen, ondersteunt bij technische uitdagingen en zorgt ervoor dat installaties efficiënter, stabieler en beter meetbaar worden.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Automation Engineer werk je automatiseringsprojecten uit van analyse en ontwerp tot implementatie en opstart binnen productie
  • Met jouw kennis van PLC en SCADA verbeter je bestaande systemen en zorg je voor duidelijke documentatie van technische aanpassingen
  • Je maakt proces- en productiedata inzichtelijk via Grafana en vertaalt die naar KPI’s en OEE-rapporteringen die de dagelijkse werking ondersteunen
  • Bij complexe storingen zoek je gericht naar de oorzaak en bied je ondersteuning aan productie, techniekers en supervisors
  • Daarnaast zie je waar processen slimmer kunnen en werk je verbeterprojecten uit die de betrouwbaarheid, efficiëntie en prestaties van installaties verhogen
  • Je hebt een bachelor of master in Elektromechanica, Automatisering of een gelijkaardige richting, of bouwde gelijkwaardige technische kennis op door ervaring
  • Vanuit jouw ervaring met PLC-programmatie en industriële automatisering kan je technische analyses omzetten in praktische oplossingen
  • Je bent vertrouwd met TIA Portal, Siemens S7 of andere PLC-omgevingen en hebt bij voorkeur ook voeling met HMI-, SCADA- of datasystemen
