Jouw takenpakket als Automatisatie programmeur bestaat uit:

  • Diagnose & Respons: het snel detecteren en vakkundig verhelpen van acute storingen aan sturingsinstallaties (Siemens S7 en TIA Portal).
  • Software-optimalisatie: het schrijven, herzien en verfijnen van PLC-, NC- en CNC-sturingscodes voor diverse machines.
  • Installatie & Onderhoud: het uitvoeren van revisies en preventief onderhoud, evenals het testen en operationeel opleveren van nieuwe besturingssystemen.
  • Technisch Advies & Innovatie: het bedenken van gericht mechanisch-elektrisch verbetervoorstellen en de engineering- en productieafdeling adviseren bij ingewikkelde vraagstukken.
  • Borging & Kennisdeling: zorgdragen voor een heldere verslaglegging van aanpassingen en het inhoudelijk begeleiden van je direct betrokken collega's.

Profiel

Als Automatisatie Programmeur herken je jezelf in volgende punten:

  • Opleiding & Ervaring: je beschikt over een bachelordiploma (in een technische richting) en hebt al ervaring met industriële automatisering en besturingstechnieken.
  • Systeemkennis: gedegen ervaring met PLC-, NC- en CNC-sturingen en grondige kennis van Siemens S7 en TIA Portal.
  • Analytisch & Praktisch: je beschikt over een sterk probleemoplossend vermogen, een logische denkwijze en een 'hands-on' werkinstelling.
  • Attitude: je bent een duidelijke communicator die heel gestructureerd werkt, met continue aandacht voor kwaliteit en veiligheid.
