Wir suchen: 1 Automatisierungstechniker Siemens PCS 7 (w/m/d) - Du bringst komplexe Batch-Prozesse zum Laufen In dieser Schlüsselrolle in der pharmazeutischen Produktion programmierst und betreust du hochverfügbare Automatisierungs- und Batch-Systeme in einem internationalen Umfeld. Du arbeitest an Standorten mit moderner Prozesstechnik, unterstützt globale Lieferketten und trägst dazu bei, dass lebenswichtige Infusions- und Ernährungsprodukte sicher, effizient und in konstanter Qualität hergestellt werden.

Aufgabengebiet

* Du betreust neue und bestehende Automatisierungs- und Produktionsprozesse und sorgst damit dafür, dass mit höchster Verfügbarkeit produziert wird

* Du programmierst, parametrierst und erweiterst Siemens PCS 7 sowie Batch-Applikationen und übersetzt damit komplexe Prozessanforderungen in wartbare Steuerungslogik

* Du begleitest neue Anlagen- und Investitionsprojekte technisch, von der Konzeptphase bis zur Inbetriebnahme

* Du arbeitest eng mit Lieferanten, Anlagenbauern und internen Fachabteilungen zusammen und stellst sicher, dass alle Beteiligten auf eine technisch saubere Lösung hinarbeiten

* Du übernimmst Third-Level-Support bei anspruchsvollen Störungen, führst Root-Cause-Analysen durch - auch remote

Skill-Set

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL, FH) mit Schwerpunkt Automatisierung, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik o. Ä.

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Programmierung und Betreuung von Siemens PCS 7, idealerweise im GMP-Umfeld

* Solides Verständnis von Automatisierungstechnik sowie Erfahrung mit hochverfügbaren bzw. redundanten Steuerungssystemen

* Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie sehr gutes Englisch für den täglichen Gebrauch

* Fähigkeit, komplexe Prozessanforderungen zu analysieren und selbstständig in stabile Steuerungslösungen zu überführen

* Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit, die strukturiert arbeitet, gerne mit verschiedenen Schnittstellen zusammenarbeitet und einen kühlen Kopf behält
