Hoe ziet een dag bij ons eruit?

  • Die start met een kort overleg samen met je collega’s en werkplaatsverantwoordelijke.
  • Alles begint met duidelijke communicatie en weten wat er van jou verwacht wordt. We zorgen ervoor dat het koffieapparaat is opgewarmd!
  • Elke dag ziet er anders uit en is steeds afhankelijk van de geplande werkzaamheden. Sowieso vullen de collega’s service advisor mooi jouw agenda.
  • In de werkplaats voer je allerlei soorten werk uit a.d.h.v. de merkgebonden procedures. Je komt hierbij in aanraking met heel wat nieuwe technieken; elektriciteit, hybride technologieën, aardgas, …
  • Dit doe je bovendien op je eigen vaste werkplek met persoonlijk en modern gereedschap.

Profiel

Wat verwachten we van jouw 'goesting en skills’?

  • Aantoonbare opleiding in autotechnieken EN/OF relevante ervaring in het sleutelen aan auto’s.
  • In staat om te analyseren, juiste diagnose (mechanische en elektrische storingen) te stellen en correcte herstelling uit te voeren.
  • Vlotte kennis Nederlands (noodzakelijk om de correcte procedures te volgen bv. bij garanties).
  • Verantwoordelijk, flexibel, klantgericht, resultaatgericht, … (tuurlijk, welke werkgever verwacht dit niet?). Maar waar blink jij nu echt in uit? Verbaas ons!
  • Je bent op één of andere manier duidelijk gepassioneerd door auto’s en werken aan auto’s is nu eenmaal wat je het liefst doet.
  • Niet onbelangrijk: je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
