Car Investment Belgium werkt dagelijks met oldtimers, youngtimers, exclusieve wagens en moderne voertuigen.

Dat zijn auto’s die soms perfect zijn — en soms écht mechanisch inzicht vragen.

Wij zijn een klein bedrijf met open structuur, korte lijnen en veel vertrouwen in vakmanschap.

Wie hier werkt, krijgt ruimte om na te denken, te herstellen en oplossingen te zoeken — niet om blind lijstjes af te vinken.

Wie zoeken wij?

Wij zoeken geen klassieke onderhoudsmechanieker.

Ook geen “onderdelenwisselaar” die enkel werkt volgens de handleiding.

Wij zoeken iemand die:

  • weet wat herstellen betekent
  • een motor volledig kan demonteren en opnieuw correct monteren
  • begrijpt waarom iets stuk is, niet alleen wat er stuk is
  • creatief en oplossingsgericht kan werken
  • liever een slimme, betaalbare herstelling uitvoert dan de duurste oplossing

Diploma’s zijn niet doorslaggevend.

Praktische ervaring wél.

Wij staan uitdrukkelijk open voor kandidaten die hun vak hebben geleerd buiten het klassieke schooltraject. Ook wie ervaring heeft opgedaan in het buitenland, waar vakmanschap vaak ontstaat door praktijk en noodzaak, is bij ons meer dan welkom.

  • Diagnoses (mechanisch én technisch)
  • Demonteren en monteren van:
  • motoren
  • versnellingsbakken
  • koppelingen
  • aandrijflijnen
  • Werken aan:
  • oldtimers & youngtimers
  • personenwagens
  • 4x4-voertuigen
  • Voertuigen testen en technisch klaarmaken
  • Technische keuringen rijden
  • Occasioneel meehelpen met transporten

Tijdens rustigere momenten wordt ook meegewerkt aan het verzorgen, poetsen en klaarmaken van het wagenpark — we doen dat hier samen.

  • Motivatie en praktische ervaring primeren over diploma’s
  • Vakmanschap en kwaliteit zijn belangrijker snelheid

Wij gaan nooit de minuten tellen hoelang een herstelling duurt.

Liever een goede, duurzame oplossing, ook al duurt ze wat langer.

Extra troef (geen must)

  • Ervaring of attest voor hybride (PHEV) en elektrische voertuigen
  • Bereidheid om nieuwe technologieën aan te leren ( grote plus, geen vereiste)
