En je werkt samen met collega's van andere afdelingen, bijvoorbeeld onze planners of medewerkers van de Alarmcentrale. Hoewel je vaak zelfstandig op pad bent, voel je je dus eigenlijk nooit alleen. Natuurlijk is er ook jouw regionale team op je vaste thuisbasis. Daar stallen we onze auto's en kom je collega's tegen bij de koffieautomaat. Via Talks - onze interne social media - heb je contact met collega's in het hele land en blijf je op de hoogte van alle ins en outs in de wereld van de Wegenwacht. Een pre-employmentscreening kan deel uitmaken van de selectieprocedure. Je werkt zelfstandig, mobiel en met directe impact. Als allround Automonteur Wegenwacht ben je niet gebonden aan een vaste werkplek in een garage. Je helpt mensen op locatie, lost technische problemen op en biedt rust in stressvolle situaties. Je werkt met deskundigheid, zelfstandigheid en oog voor de mens. Diagnoses stellen en storingen verhelpen op locatie; Klanten geruststellen in soms toch stressvolle situaties; Zelfstandig opereren binnen jouw werkgebied (Rotterdam, Den Haag, Zoetermeer, Dordrecht e.O.) Je werkt als automonteur met elektrische, hybride en conventionele voertuigen - van stadsauto tot SUV. Wil je Allround Wegenwacht worden bij de ANWB? Dan is het belangrijk dat je aan de onderstaande functie-eisen voldoet. Nog niet helemaal daar? Geen zorgen, misschien is een functie als Accu Service Monteur een mooie eerste stap! Je hebt een afgeronde MBO 3 of MBO 4 diploma in de autotechniek zoals eerste autotechnicus, bedrijfsautotechnicus, technisch specialist of soortgelijke. Je hebt ruim 3 jaar praktijkervaring in het uitvoeren van onderhouds- en diagnosewerkzaamheden in de automotive branche.
