Jobomschrijving

Als magazijnbediende ben je de spil tussen het magazijn, atelier en klanten. Je zoekt en bestelt onderdelen voor zowel interne collega’s als externe klanten (garages en particulieren), en geeft hierbij advies op maat. Via het systeem beheer je de voorraad, analyseer je de rotatie en zorg je voor een correcte administratie.Je zorgt ervoor dat onderdelen tijdig besteld, gecontroleerd én klaarstaan voor de werken in het atelier. Ook het ordelijk en efficiënt organiseren van het magazijn behoort tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden, net als de verwerking van garantiedossiers.Je werkt nauw samen met klantenadviseurs, techniekers en de werkplaatsverantwoordelijke, en rapporteert aan de aftersales manager.

Heb je ervaring in de logistiek (bij voorkeur de automotive sector)?Ben je in staat om fysiek zwaar werk te verrichten?Heb je ervaring met administratie in een logistieke omgeving?Ben je vertrouwd met logistieke software?Heb je ervaring met stockbeheer, bestellingen en picklijsten?Spreek je vlot Nederlands?Spreek je vlot Frans?
