Onze klant is een gevestigde speler binnen de mobiliteitssector, actief in meerdere Europese landen en gekend om zijn brede en klantgerichte dienstverlening. Met een sterk netwerk aan vestigingen en een focus op kwaliteit en service, blijven zij jaar na jaar groeien.

Om deze groei verder te ondersteunen, zijn zij op zoek naar een Sales Advisor voor een vestiging in de regio Zaventem.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als Sales Advisor begeleid je klanten bij de aankoop van een nieuwe of tweedehands wagen en zorg je voor een vlotte, professionele klantenervaring van begin tot einde.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Klanten adviseren en begeleiden in de showroom bij hun keuze van een wagen
  • Duidelijke en uitgebreide informatie geven over verschillende modellen en opties
  • Het volledige verkoopproces opvolgen en zorgen voor een uitstekende klantenervaring
  • Duurzame klantenrelaties opbouwen en zorgen voor een kwalitatieve opvolging
  • Actief op zoek gaan naar nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten en prospecteren
  • Instaan voor de administratieve afhandeling van dossiers (verkoop, verzekering, betalingen, …)
  • Regelmatig rapporteren aan de verantwoordelijke van de vestiging
  • Bereid zijn om op zaterdag te werken

Voor deze functie zoeken we een commerciële en klantgerichte professional met een passie voor verkoop.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je hebt een sterk commercieel inzicht en overtuigingskracht
  • Je communiceert vlot en hebt een luisterend oor
  • Je bent resultaatgericht en haalt energie uit het behalen van doelen
  • Je beschikt over minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een commerciële functie
  • Je zet klanttevredenheid steeds op de eerste plaats
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om op zaterdag te werken
  • Affiniteit met de automotive sector is een plus
