The posting

Voor één van onze klanten, een familiebedrijf actief in de automobielsector in Machelen, is QJobs op zoek naar een voltijdse Auto-receptionist(e) FR/NL.

Wij zoeken vooral iemand die dynamisch, betrokken en gedreven is om te werken. De dagen zijn hier afwisselend en druk: je moet initiatief durven nemen, meerdere zaken tegelijk kunnen beheren en niet bang zijn om de handen uit de mouwen te steken wanneer dat nodig is.

Als auto-receptionist(e) vervul je een centrale rol tussen de klanten, de administratie en de werkplaats.

  • Klanten op een professionele en vriendelijke manier ontvangen
  • Telefonische oproepen en e-mails beantwoorden
  • Afspraken plannen en opvolgen
  • De administratieve opvolging van klantendossiers verzorgen
  • De nodige informatie doorgeven aan de werkplaats
  • Een vlotte communicatie verzekeren tussen klanten en de technische teams
  • Diverse aanvragen opvolgen en toezien op een correcte afhandeling
  • Bijdragen aan de goede dagelijkse werking van de receptie
  • In staat zijn om meerdere aanvragen en prioriteiten tegelijk te beheren
  • Flexibel inspelen op de noden van de dag en initiatief nemen waar nodig

Wij zoeken vooral een gemotiveerde, hardwerkende en proactieve persoon die graag initiatief neemt en verantwoordelijkheid opneemt.

  • Je beheerst zowel het Frans als het Nederlands
  • Een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands is een sterke troef
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring in de automobielsector, een garage, carrosseriebedrijf of concessie
  • Je bent vertrouwd met IT-tools en administratieve taken
  • Je bent georganiseerd, stressbestendig en weet van aanpakken
  • Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte ingesteldheid
  • Je kunt werken in een dynamische en drukke omgeving
  • Je bent in staat prioriteiten te stellen en vlot tussen verschillende taken te schakelen
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt initiatief
  • Je hecht veel belang aan nauwkeurig werk en een correcte opvolging van dossiers
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler en draagt bij aan een positieve werksfeer
