Onze klant is een sterk groeiende mobiliteitsgroep met een stevige verankering in Zuid-Oost-Vlaanderen. Vanuit verschillende vestigingen ondersteunen ongeveer 250 medewerkers dagelijks klanten met verkoop, onderhoud en technische service voor een breed gamma aan gerenommeerde automerken.

Persoonlijke service, vertrouwen en kwaliteit vormen de basis van de organisatie. Tegelijk wordt sterk geïnvesteerd in de toekomst van automotive en in de mensen die daarin meegroeien. Je krijgt er de kans om te werken met de nieuwste voertuigtechnologieën, van hybride en volledig elektrische wagens tot geconnecteerde voertuigen en geavanceerde rijhulpsystemen.

Dankzij interne opleidingen, gecertificeerde trainingen en de kennis van ervaren collega's krijg je alle mogelijkheden om jouw technische expertise verder uit te bouwen. Als Autotechnieker werk je aan personenwagens en bedrijfswagens en zorg je ervoor dat elk voertuig technisch perfect en veilig de werkplaats verlaat. Je combineert klassiek mechanisch onderhoud met moderne diagnosetechnieken en krijgt de kans om voortdurend nieuwe technologieën te leren kennen. Geen dag is volledig hetzelfde: van een onderhoudsbeurt tot een complexe elektronische storing, jij gaat op zoek naar de oorzaak en zorgt voor een kwalitatieve oplossing.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Uitvoeren van mechanisch onderhoud en herstellingen aan personen- en bedrijfswagens
  • Diagnoses stellen bij technische en elektronische storingen en de onderliggende oorzaak opsporen
  • Werken volgens de technische richtlijnen van het betreffende automerk
  • Werken met moderne voertuigtechnologie zoals elektrische en hybride aandrijvingen, rijhulpsystemen en geconnecteerde voertuigen
  • Uitvoeren en documenteren van garantiewerkzaamheden, inclusief foto's, geluidsfragmenten en technische dossiers
  • Alle uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en vaststellingen nauwkeurig registreren op de werkorder
  • Overleggen met de werkplaatsverantwoordelijke zodat klanten correct geïnformeerd kunnen worden
  • Samen met collega's technische problemen analyseren en de meest efficiënte oplossing bepalen
  • Je beschikt over een diploma autotechniek, autotechnologie of gelijkwaardige technische ervaring; een bachelor is een pluspunt
  • Elektronica, voertuigdiagnose en moderne autotechnologie spreken je sterk aan
  • Nauwkeurig en analytisch werken zit in jouw natuur en je laat geen enkel technisch detail aan je voorbijgaan
  • Je bent leergierig, kwaliteitsgericht en werkt graag samen met collega's om complexe problemen op te lossen
  • Een HEV2-attest is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste, ook kandidaten die zich verder willen specialiseren in elektrische en hybride voertuigen krijgen de nodige opleiding
