The posting

Als enthousiaste en toegewijde technicus voer je zowel gespecialiseerde precisiewerken uit als routinewerkzaamheden die passen binnen jouw expertise. Dit doe je met behulp van geavanceerde technische apparatuur.

Jouw belangrijkste taken zijn:

  • Uitvoeren van de opgegeven werkzaamheden volgens de specificaties van de constructeur, door gebruik te maken van aftersales-methodes (reparatiehandleiding, specifieke gereedschappen, technische nota’s...).
  • Demonteren, monteren en herstellen van alle soorten mechanische onderdelen.
  • Herstellen van elektrische en/of elektronische systemen die gerelateerd zijn aan de belangrijkste onderdelen: motoren (brandstofsysteem, ontsteking, startonderbrekers...), remmen (ABS...), ophanging (hydractive, Activa...), airco (verschillende regelingen...).
  • Afstellen van diverse motoren (benzine, diesel en injectie).
  • Herstellen en/of installeren van elektrische en/of elektronische systemen voor aanvullende onderdelen (alarm, telefoon, navigatie, audio...).
  • Uitvoeren van technische hoogstandjes, met ondersteuning van de Expert Technicus indien nodig.
  • Het gebruik van diverse diagnosehulpmiddelen perfect beheersen.
  • Afgewerkte voertuigen reinigen.
  • De serviceadviseur of werkplaatsverantwoordelijke informeren bij aanvullende werkzaamheden.
  • Onderhoudskaarten voor periodiek onderhoud ondertekenen.
  • Geschikte gereedschappen en testapparatuur gebruiken bij reparaties.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor de kwaliteit van complexe werkzaamheden.
  • De technische en technologische ontwikkelingen van voertuigen en tools opvolgen.
  • Diagnoses stellen onder supervisie van de serviceadviseur.
  • Regelmatig het IT-systeem van Onderdelen en Services van de merken gebruiken (prijsinschattingen maken, technische documentatie raadplegen...).

Wie zoeken we:

  • Kennis van autotechnologie en reparatietechnieken.
  • Perfecte beheersing van diagnosehulpmiddelen, IT-systemen voor service en onderdelen, en technische ondersteuning op afstand.
  • Een diploma CESS, CQ6 of CE2D en 4 tot 6 jaar ervaring in autoreparatie, aangevuld met regelmatige trainingen.
  • Of minimaal 6 jaar ervaring in autoreparatie.
  • Een aanvullende opleiding als Merktechnicus is een groot pluspunt.
